You will enjoy a light & mediterranean cuisine, imagined and realized by Bryan Olivi, our young Chef of 20 years old, passionate about his job, talented, inventive and respectful of Corsican culinary traditions.
You can choose the gastronomic menus or, simply, the tasty dishes from the “Hotel Bar menu” (sublime home made hamburgers, Caesar salad, fresh vegetables soup etc ....). Prices are as light as a summer breeze.
To maintain your privacy and serenity and be attentive to the wishes of each, the capacity of our restaurant is deliberately limited to 18 guests.
In winter, meals will be served in our indoor living room, surrounded by contemporary works of art. In the spring and summer or when the sun honors us, we will serve on our covered terrace so that you may better enjoy enchanting sunsets, majestic views on the sea, the mountains and the desert of Agriates.
Our restaurant is open every evening, (except Tuesdays during the winter season) at lunchtime every weekend from May to September and daily (lunch and dinner) in July and August.
